Strong, durable and user friendly.January 25, 2011
I originally bought this to fit in my laptop bag, which is does perfectly!! It sat in my bag for the most part until I plugged it into my PS3 to help with communication in the DCUO beta test. It worked for that and it also works to navigate the PlayStation menus as well. Now I have been using on my PS3 for a couple weeks and functionality is still good. I did have the keyboard slide off my lap and hit a concrete floor... the escape key went flying off and so did another key as well. After I found them, they easily slipped right back in there slots and work like new. The paint on the keys seem to be staining easily though as the more common keys are starting to darken. Maybe I need to throw it in the dish washer :P That is one thing I won't test. Technically: The usb cord is only like 6 inches long with a 6 foot extension cord pretty much. It is a tight connection so it hasn't caused any disconnection problems. The keys are unique as they do not feel like a "normal" set of keys. They are flatter... but similar to my Gateway Laptops keys too. The distance from the front of the board to the spacebar is to much. Where most keyboards have about one inch from space bar too the edge, this has over 2 inches, though there seems to be an indent to place a business card type sticker. It takes a bit to get used to but not the end of the world.
I would recommend this to a friend
