Q: How does the camera record and where does it store the recordings? How do I play back the recording?
A: The camera connects to a base which stores recordings & the cameras record all motion. You can also connect external hard drive to save recordings.

A: Not that I noticed. Same signal as without the skin.
Q: Does this camera have a red dot when on?
A: Doesn't show any lights when just on....blinking blue when syncing...multiple red lights for IR
Q: Are these skins compatible with the Arlo Pro 3 line as well? Says only Pro and Pro 2.

A: I have not had to change the batteries yet but when they were installed the tech who put them up showed me how the battery is replaced and it looks simple. But, I purchased the solar charging panel for mine and it may be a while before I have to replace batteries.
