Exceptional Audio for Closed Back Headphones
Full disclosure, I bought these on sale for $110 not the MSRP. I am reviewing them based on the $110 price. I would wait for them to go on sale, and not buy them for MSRP. Bought these to pair them specifically with the ROG Ally wirelessly and they did not disappoint. You can connect them via Bluetooth and both the Bluetooth and detachable Boom-Mic work via Bluetooth. So you can decide to not have the mic attached to the headset, but still have the Bluetooth mic transmit sound in discord. Alternatively, you can attach the mic and use that for better mic audio. The included headset transmitter is USB-A so it doesn't work without a Dongle. However, you can install the EPOS hardware, update the headset firmware and then uninstall the software as the software is very lacking. I recommend using FXSound and adjusting the EQ to your preferred sound. The FXSound software works with the device when connected via wire, dongle or Bluetooth. For reference I have the Sennheiser 800s, the PC38X and while these are not open back headphones, the Sound Stage and Drivers are A Tier for Wireless Closed Back Gaming. I haven't had any issues with Static or Build Quality after about 100 hours of use. Again, I'd recommend them 100% at the sale price. For the MSRP, I can't recommend them especially since EPOS is winding down and warranty may not be available in a year. Keep that in mind when purchasing these.

Great headset but…
Even though this is made by sennheiser, a great studio audio company/disturber… this is not worth it value, that’s near $300, don’t forget your taxes… but out of all the many “gaming” headsets that I’ve tried, this has been closer to my expectations, audio is better than others, features are cool, comfort level is better than others as well… I guess I had higher expectations from EPOS “sennheiser” for making a headset… do I recommend, yes but when on sale! Thanks for reading :)

A really good headset for the PC and PS5
I'd highly recommend these. The audio quality is really good and you can use the 2.4ghz dongle and bluetooth to listen to both audio sources at the same time. The only issue is the EPOS app is not very good and any EQ settings would not be saved to the headset.
