Q: I bought these but the bluetooth wont connect to my lg k7 nor my Samsung galaxy s6.
A: Press the button and turn on the headphone , after she says its on , still keep pressing button ( do not release button after its on ) until it says "pairing" Now , go your bluetooth setting you gonna see your headphone name "method wireless" and click , it will be connect
Q: what do the led colours indicate?
A: Hello! The red LED will flash if your headset is about to die, will be solid when you plug it in to charge. If it is fully charged, it will be solid blue. When you turn it on and go to pair it with your device, it will be a lavender or purple color then alternate flashing between blue and red. Once paired, it will be a flashing blue and will continue to flash as you're using it. You can do up to 5.5hrs of Solid playing music...if you're inactive with it for a while, it does have a power-saving mode which will turn it off. Just turn it back on, hit play on your music device and you're back to listening again.

Q: Can you skip to the next song or go back a song using the buttons on the headphones?
A: Hold the volume down to go back, hold volume up to go forward.
A: They are water resistant. I wear them in the rain and sweat all day long at work and so far no issues
A: They do not retract. There is a groove in the band you can press the wire into it you don't want them to hang
A: They help reduce noise. I just wouldn't classify they as noise canceling.
Q: Can you use these to listen to tv.
A: Yes, this is exactly what I use them for. My husband is hard of hearing and likes to watch tv all during the night. I am unable to hear the tv anymore since he has the headphones. They are wireless and very much worth it for me.
