A: We recently purchased this soundbar for our TV in the bedroom. It is definitely an improved sound over the TV speakers; more clear voices and more full, rich sound. We needed the smaller size (width) for our setup and it works well for the intended use. However, if you're looking for "big", theater room sound - this wouldn't be the one to go with.
A: So I bought this for my dad and after setting it up at first I thought it was terrible for the first 20 minutes and considered returning it. I didn't know if the subwoofer was even doing anything and the audio didn't sound great but I think it was all dependent on the program you were watching. We were watching a regular game show but I ended up moving the sub behind the couch and watching other stations like movie channels or netflix and the sound is actually amazing and everything I expected it to be. You can tell a major difference with things like action movies especially.

A: It does , which allows for control by tv remote. However I do notice a difference I sound quality
