Q: Can they be used for running or any sort of exercise?

Q: Can this be used to connect to a computer's Bluetooth for virtual meetings and be used as a mic?
A: Yes, I use it for my meetings and conference calls using WebEx paired to my computer via Bluetooth. They sound great and you’re heard great, but when in call mode this headset does not work in HD audio mode a wired USB or analog headsets would. But they are great for this. Also, for music, they rival my Bose Soundlink in quality at a fraction of the price, although the Bose is more comfortable to wear for a long time. The Bose Soundlink does not support calls in HD mode either. I recommend this Sony headset! Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Q: Can I recharge the headphone in a wall outlet with an adaptor
A: Yea. Adding a picture of the headset charging with a wall USB outlet. I also charged them with the mobile phone charger, laptop, any good USB charger will work. I don’t recommend using cheap dollar-store USB chargers.
