Love the Color, Not the Quality
I purchased this cover because of the Speck name and my experience with their iPhone cases. The description says to protect and complement your laptop. The only protection this case will offer is protection from exterior scratches to your laptop. It is not meant to protect against an accidental drop. I realized this when I purchased it. The top cover snapped onto my MacBook Pro easily. The bottom cover is another story. It was a challenge to get on and it is still not on properly. There are four tiny lips that snap over the laptop. The two at the back of the laptop on the bottom will not snap over the laptop. In addition, The bottom case corner cracked during installation. Not something I am happy about after spending $53 (with tax) for the case. I love the color but note that dust and particles can find their between the laptop and the case and they are noticeable due to the color. I frequently am removing the case to remove particles. If the case did not crack during the installation and the bottom part attached properly, I would have given the product a better rating and I would have recommended it. Because of this, I can only give it two stars and I do not recommend it.

Fits well. Nice look and feel
The cover was on sale so I thought I'd try it. It fits very well and I do like the different look of the black. Reminds me of the original black Apple laptops ad the logo glowing through. I also like the feel.

Its a good cover
This cover well suits my mac book and the color is ellegent but this is not of that good quality as expected
