Q: Can you lay in your back with this product on?
A: Yes, I keep mine plugged in all of the time on my side of the bed. You can lay on your back, put it on your tummy, legs, arms, feet, wherever you have pain and need some heat applied. I have Fibromyalgia, Peripheral Neuropathy and tummy issues, so I apply the heat where needed. It works great!
