Installation was straight forward. The hardest part is running the wires. The cameras and nvr work fine, but the software leaves a lot to be desired. Another desire would be to have documentation that describes all the features and how to use them. You won't even find more info at the Swann website. Both the Win software and the Android app need to be re-thought and designed by someone who actually uses the system.

I had a Lorex wireless system which worked great...but, it wiped out my wifi. I decided to go wired. Sure, it was a pain routing the cables through the attic and wall. It was worth it. So user friendly and the video quality is the best! I'm still playing around with the sensitivity for motion detection. The night vision is fabulous. The only minor complaint is the LED lights on the DVR are a little bright.

I bought these cameras for home use and they are perfect for the job at hand. The day time imaging is amazing but the night vision does not appear to be as good as the 82' Swann claims. My one camera faces the back woods on my property and it doesn't detect the trees that are within 20 feet. Other than this I believe they are an amazing product for the money whether you use them for home or business. I do want to mention that they are very simple to hook up and get operational. I had them professionally installed since running wire is not my specialty. Just consider that when buying these particular cameras.

The cameras were very easy to install. Running just a cat5e cable to each camera made install and setup a breeze. Picture quality is excellent during day. Night vision is not noticeably different from 900tvl cameras. Add on cameras and camera choices are limited, ie. dome cameras, zoom cameras and remote cameras. Recording quality is excellent. I would recommend this system if you are not planning on adding any special types of cameras.

The security system with the PoE is very easy to set up and get going. The looks of the set up screens seem a little out-dated but the functionality is still there. With wind chills down to -11 cameras still worked with out a problem. So everything works well.

The installation was easy so easy I installed the 4 cameras in 4 hours and every cam has a clip connection easy. The cameras have night vision with high definition view I recommend this to everyone the price is low....

I was able to quickly install the system with minimal reading. Took a little time to program which is understandable. The camera performance and features met or exceeded my expectations. The only downside was that there wasn't an additional wireless camera solution offered by Swann that I could add to this system. I did contact technical support and talked with several techs about it, and they could not offer a solution. As advertised the system is very good.

this setup works great so far. The picture is very clear and it's nice that you can view them from anywhere via the app. It does take awhile for the picture to come up on the app sometimes but over all I'm happy with this purchase.
