A: Our QM8 Class TVs feature Auto Game Mode (ALLM) with AMD FreeSync Premium Pro which automatically enables game mode for the lowest possible input las and latency for an unmatched gaming performance. Additionally, with up to blistering fast 240 VRR, you will enjoy more responsive gameplay without lag, designed to keep you at the top of any leaderboard. While we rely on independent testing to confirm our performance, we expect the QM8 to be in the same “10ms input lag” performance envelope at 4k/60Hz as all our premium gaming TVs. Hope this helps! Q: Is this tv wall mountable and what is the VESA mount number?
A: Absolutely! This TCL TV is compatible with most wall mounts that support a 300mm x 400mm VESA mounting pattern. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
Q: Is the built in tuner ATSC 3.0?
A: I have been considering the TCL 55Q750G and therefore researching this very question. My research and conversations with TCL customer service reveals that every single TCL 2023 model only has an ATSC 1.0 tuner, and TCL has inexplicably and deliberately decided not to support ATSC 3.0 yet. That is a deal-breaker for me and should be for most consumers.
A: With the adjustable positions, the height of this 65 inch TV with the stand attached ranges from 34.1-35.6 inches tall. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
Q: Whats the difference between the 65Q825 version 8 series and this model.
A: Biggest difference is operating system. Q825 is Roku and QM8 is Google. QM8 is better for gaming because it comes with HDMI 2.1, lower input lag and VRR. The QM8 also has eArc which is important for connecting a sound system.
Q: Does this TV use one of the HDMI 2.1 inputs for the eARC?
A: The eARC port does not use one of the HDMI 2.1 ports. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
A: Adjust motion clarity or turn it off might have to mess with it to get it where you like it.
Q: does this model have 2.1 hdmi
A: HDMI 1 is capable of 4K/144Hz and HDMI 2 is capable of 4K/120Hz. Additionally, with our Game Accelerator 240, HDMI 1 can accept 1080p/240Hz for unprecedented gaming. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
