Q: Will this work with Insignia tv model number NS-19D310NA19?

A: I have 3 of these and they all stay on unless I turn them off. 2 are hooked to computers with aux input and 1 to a TV with Optical input. I don't know if they are suppose to always stay on, but since they did I bought the 2nd 2. It's a hard feature to find.
