Great yoga DVD for a beginner.
This DVD was awesome because Bob explains what movements to make and doesn't go too fast. The weight loss aspect of it makes sure you feel the burn but it's definitely rewarding.

Best Yoga DVD out there
This yoga DVD is the best. I wore out my first copy, so sped to get another. Works the entire body without a gym or weights. Keeps me in shape and toned. Great for any level. Participants are real people, all sizes and shapes.

Gets you going
I was surprised at how good of a workout I felt I got after this. Good for toning and staying fit.
