Great collection, very weak packaging
First off, DVDs themselves are perfectly fine and as a collection, this is great to have. From the get-go, it's classic after classic that I enjoyed in my youth.
That being said, the downside of this purchase is immediate. There's only one single tray that holds all of the discs in one stack. The tray doesn't seal at all, it's just an open top piece of flimsy plastic, and the only thing holding the discs down is a small piece of cardboard (that's probably only meant to protect the discs during shipping).
I foresee these discs getting scratched beyond belief in the future, and the thing is, a more capable packing wouldn't have been that expensive on the manufacturers part. I'm going to have to invest in some kind of case or tray that could keep the discs from rubbing on top of each other, something I wasn't expecting to do.
