A: The Tile will only ring your smartphone. The smartphone will ring different Tiles, so you’ll need one Tile for each item you want to track.

Q: Which tile device is best to be used to track a phone?
A: Thanks for asking and yes, you can definitely place a Tile Slim (2020) on your mobile device's phone case. But there really isn't a need to. You actually don't need to attach a Tile to your phone at all! One of Tile's core finding features is the ability to ring your phone using any Tile that is connected. Simply double-click the button on your Tile! Please be advised that this requires the app to be open and running within Bluetooth range, so make sure to leave the app running in the background of your phone.
