A: Hi Delia, Thank you for your question. The senior (i.e. receiver) can acknowledge they have received a reminder message by tapping on Tochie speaker. Once acknowledged, the caregiver (i.e. sender) will be notified on their mobile phone/Tochie mobile app. While pending acknowledgement of the reminder, Tochie speaker may repeat the reminder message up to three times depending on the user’s preferences. We are always developing and improving this and other popular features for our users. We recommend all users to keep Tochie app updated on their phone to enjoy the newest features.
