A: No. I bought a chromebook and went to install it and its not even compatible! So why wouldn't they offer software that was compatible with device instead! UNBELIEVABLE!
A: Click the link they email you and it is simple it guides you though ... personally I removed it off my computer within a week it slowed my computer down so badly I literally could not do a thing on it I went back to what I had prior to this for the last 4 years which never slowed my comp. down.
