Q: Can you adjust the volume with the earbuds? Or do you still have to use your phone?
A: Hey Romsey. There are three options for volume control: 1. The native controls on your device. 2. The volume slider in our app. 3. Activating Siri/Google through our buds and verbally adjusting the volume.
A: Yes, the right bud is capable of functioning independently. It's the same shape as the left bud, so you could put it in either ear.
Q: Can you change songs via the ear buds? Not having to skip a song through the phone.

Q: Are these ear buds loud enouph and are they capable of answering calls and using siri?
A: Hi Rick. Yes, Skybuds can answer calls (press the button once to answer and press twice to decline). Skybuds also have Siri and Google capability (hold the button for two seconds to activate). Skybuds use passive noise cancellation which helps when listening to music in loud environments.
Q: Are they very secure, do they slip out while working out?
A: Skybuds are very secure when worn correctly. They come with three different fit tip sizes, and we recommend using the largest size that is comfortable for you.

A: Yes, it works well with iPhone 7 & 7+. I am using it with 7+.
