Tumi is a great brand, having served me well over time across many product categories.
The rating is not intended for the product, rather the purchase of it through Best Buy's mobile app (I've not checked my tablet or laptop for this issue).
The caution for consumers is that when selecting the S8+ case from Tumi, there is a bug that repeatedly fetches the S8, rather than the S8+ when performing a search, filtering for the compatability with the S8+.
I did not catch this until after receiving it wherein it obviously didn't fit my S8+. Beyond my experience with this order being fumbled by OnTrac which caused a delay, there exists a bug that has been reported to Best Buy. Exercise care with your order.
I wished I had noticed earlier that the '+' had been removed by the app, causing further delays in getting what's needed to effectively better care for my new S8+ device.
