Q: Can it be unlock from inside?
A: The inside is always unlocked and accessible to turn and open the door. The outside is always locked and require you to input the code to unlock the door. This is a very simple and easy lock. You turn the knob to open the door from the inside to exit the house. When you exit and close the door the outside knob is disengaged and require the code to unlock the door.

A: I’ve had this locked installed for 7 months and haven’t had to charge it yet

Q: How do you open the door from outside (if no one is in the house) if the battery ran out?
A: There's an external battery pack that you can plug in to the handle to open the door. The lock will begin beeping when the batteries run low, so I recommend changing them before they die completely. Hope this helps!
