A Good New Take on the Purge
While I enjoyed the films (except "The First Purge"), I was hesitant to watch the Purge series. Once I got around to seeing the first season, I was hooked. The second season was very different, but just as good. While the rest of the films and first season focus mainly on purge night, this season focuses on the effects of purge night for the rest of the year on a new group of characters. It still has the violence and gore you would expect, but also adds more suspense. If you like the Purge films, you will enjoy the series.
