Q: Am I Required To Pay A Monthly Bill Or Is It A WiFi Phone
A: My child can use the KidiBuzz just using WiFi. The only cost is a $.50 (50¢) fee from the parent in order to open the KidiConnect to gain access to use some features and especially the messaging feature when child and parent want to communicate via messages. Other costs come with buying more programs.

A: Ours has sound. The volume control is on the side. Also, try looking under the settings to see if there is a mute option. As a last resort, try a factory reset. If you still have no volume, try to exchange the unit. My grandson loves ours!
Q: Does the kidibuzz have Bluetooth my daughter has wireless ear phone she wanna use
A: No, this model is not Bluetooth enabled.
A: I dont think so. My daughter is turning nine and asked for this for her birthday. Her sole purpose is to communicate with me and other family members.
