A: I did figure that out already and it does fold by folding the legs outward up towards the knob and then it collapses. So I sent my question in just before I found the answer myself.
Q: Does this come with the stakes to keep it down?
A: has outside pockets that you fill up with sand or rocks to anchor it down. They worked well with beach sand in them.
Q: Does it close or remain open at all times.
A: I had the same question. However, if you fold each of the legs out and up to the top it will collapse and you can put it back in the bag. Do not fold the legs inward but fold them up towards the top knob outwardly

A: I’d say three, but two adults will have enough space.
