A: If you selected the free installation option then they should have done it for you. Our delivery guy said the same thing but it was because we didn't have any hoses. We thought they were bringing them. Hoses were supposed to be suggesting during checkout but they were not so we had to go to the store and buy them and reschedule the installation. I would suggest that you do the same--reschedule

A: The washer and dryer installation does not come with hoses. For liability reasons, they require you purchase new hoses for installation.
