A: The microwave dimensions are 17.4 inches in height, 30 inches in width and 17.5 inches in depth. It also has a 12 inch in diameter turntable. The 1.7 model has smaller interior space at 1.7 cubic feet but the same exterior dimensions as this 1.9 cubic feet microwave.

A: The volume can be adjusted under "options" for low, mute, loud, or normal. The screen brightness can not be adjusted to the best of my knowledge.
