A: The bake element on the bottom is beneath the oven floor to make cleaning easier. It's much nicer this way.

A: I have the same question... was trying to place an order for an appliance and wanted to choose a delivery date around 25 days into the future, but i kept getting put back to the select a date for delivery screen. i'm suprised no one from best buy has answered this question. HMMM.....
Q: Does it show finger prints?
A: ANY TOUCH WILL LEAVE MARKS ON THIS STOVE TOP OR S/S AREAS. Save yourself ALLOT OF WORK, do NOT BUY a S/S black topped ceramic top oven. I AM SICK. You cannot put a FINGER on this S/S oven top or front without leaving a mark. The black ceramic top is NOT PRACTICAL to attempt to keep it clean. Don't make the same mistake I did.
Q: I need specific instructions for Whirlpool self clean electric oven "steam clean"
A: Make sure the oven is cooled to room temperature and then remove all racks and accessories from the oven cavity. For best results, pour 10 oz (295 mL) of distilled or filtered water onto the oven bottom. The Steam Clean feature will take a total of 20 minutes. “End” will appear in the display at the end of the cycle. Do not open the oven during the cycle. Be sure to hand dry any remaining water residue from the oven.
Q: What is the bottom drawer under the oven for?
A: Most of us use it to store pots and pans. As is noted in some other reviews the drawer isn't as big as others that range owners have been used to. You may choose to read my comprehensive review because I did purchase this stove recently.
