Q: Will this run a 700 watt microwave?
A: Absolutely. The main issue people get with inverters are with sensitive electronics and the confusion with sine wave type. While i recommend a pure sine wave inverter, the inverter is 3000w and your microwave is 700w, which will need a peak of around 1200 to 1400w to start.
