Q: Does this come with a memory foam seat or the standard molded foam?
A: It is the wide memory foam seat. Pictured below, is my X3 ordered through this link with upgraded wheels and elemax back massager/heater/cooler. The wheels that come with the chair at this link do not roll well on hardwood at all. The upgraded wheels are a significant improvement. The great thing about ordering from Best Buy is the return policy. I sat in the X3 a couple times at the local relax the back store, but I was concerned it would be different when I sat in it for 8+ hours. I didn’t want to risk not being able to return it or it costing a 25% restocking fee. I ordered from Best Buy, and once I was sure I wanted to keep the chair, I ordered the wheels and elemax accessory.
