A: This had everything right in the box to be used as soon as we brought it home. This brand does make you use it's own filament. So you can't switch to a cheaper brand.

A: Filament for these printers are sold on https://www.xyzprinting.com/eshop/en-GB/. The printer software should also have an option to go directly to their store if the device is low on filament.

A: Unfortunately, no. The software used for it, XYZmaker suite, only runs on computing systems running windows 10 and up.

A: yes, it was ready right out of the box. Need to install spool, install feeder tube, download it's software suite and let it do a few software updates. Super easy, was printing in 15 minutes.

Hard at first but amazing product!
First when i got it it was easy it set up but when i wanted it would not stick we spent bout 3 hours searching and changing settings and it out and it worked . And it does not produce a lot of noise! It is worth for it's price! But the first thing I printed was a fist but in mid way it fell off but still a good printer!

Great printer for all types of individuals
This printer is by far the one I use the most out of the 3 I have. Mainly because I print a lot of smaller things and the software that comes with it for editing my pieces and setting them up for print is in-depth and very user friendly. If you are a beginner this is the printer you want. This was the first printer I bought and used and I learned everything I needed to about the ins and outs of 3D printing before diving in to the other more complicated printers.

Good first buy printer!
This is my first personal 3D printer and I haven’t stopped using it!! The manufacturer recommends applying a tad bit of school glue stick to the print bed, I use hairspray instead (read it on another website) and it works much better, in my opinion. I just use a piece of paper to cover up the fan, extruded, and other moving parts. I have already ordered $300+ worth of material and supplies from XYZ’z website. I like their printing software, mobile compatibility, print time, noise level, and so on. I did find one minor flaw with the printer’s mobile printing capabilities. I found that on iOS the XYZprint HUB does not work to print, for me, instead I use the XYZgallery app. Also, the XYZgallery (online and in the application) is useless, it essentially doesn’t work. Use Thingiverse, they have just about anything you can think of!
