yoga for beginners is not for beginners
I bought a DVD "Yoga for beginners" and hoping to do nice energizing practice. Most of the poses are not very easy and there are no instructions how to do modifications if you are not very flexible or experienced. The title is misleading, otherwise for some people might be good. I will keep the DVD ... might be able to use it one day.
The other 2 DVDs in the set I don't poses, so I don't know about them.
