A: The Acer KA272K Bmiipx monitor has a native resolution of 4K (3840 x 2160) at 60Hz, but can achieve a refresh rate of 144Hz at 1080p (1920 x 1080) resolution. It does not support a 144Hz refresh rate at a 2K resolution.
A: This monitor supports up to 144hz refresh rate. If your GPU supports this refresh rate then you should get 144hz. If you have for instance onboard graphics, you will top out at 60hz.
