Q: There is another dell very similar with 12 gig of ram. Which would you recommend? Thank you.
A: As the one I'm using is for Home Use, it is certainly sufficient. I'm not a gamer nor have any need for massive computing power. 8G works fine.
A: I had a Geek Agent come to my office to set up my computer system. The Agent set up my system and connected all of my accessories; printer, etc. He transferred all of my data, tested the data and made sure I was comfortable with the installation and use of the system.
