Q: Can the video stay on full time?
A: Yes. The monitor will display as long as a video signal is being sent to it thru the RCA connection/input.
Q: Does this have blue tooth ? can i blue tooth a back up camera to this ?
A: This monitor has two wired video inputs. It does not support Bluetooth camera connections.
