A: I ordered mine online and had it shipped to the store in a couple of days. Convenient I thought.

A: Yes it comes a hand full of colors but not the pinks and teals type colors. Black, Brush nickel, silver type colors. If you just get the 2 speed one that doesnt come with all the attachments you can get "fun" colors. Not sure what colors you are looking for.

Q: What are the differences between this one and three speed one about things you can and can't do?

A: This has 3 speeds. I haven't had any problems with blending, mixing, puree or crushing ice.

Great big disappointment
I was super excited to get this immersion blender after I had read other reviews and done my research. It had many of the features I was looking forward to. However, my experience was disappointing right out of the box. Literally. Although the plastic storage case is a nice thought, there is no handle on it, and it it too thick to grab onto with one hand - my average sized female hand is too small to grab that case - I had to make sure I firmly had both hands on it to pick it up. Annoying and awkward. Not letting that dampen my enthusiasm for this new appliance, I opened the case and tried to get the parts out. Mind you, I am a 48 year old woman who builds scenery for a living and is not a wimp. The parts of the blender were in that case so tight I ripped my hands apart trying to get the pieces out. Ok. So I decided to ditch the case, and find a container that I could easily pick up and keep the parts in. A Tupperware worked nicely. Now came the time to use it, and the disappointments kept rolling in. First I tried chopping some vegetables in the chopper - it could not cut through the carrots - they just got stuck on the blade and rode it around and around. I tried onions, looking up directions on the on the internet thinking maybe it’s just me - but no, even following all the directions and advice, still faster and easier to do it myself with a knife. Then, when I washed the parts of the chopper, without submerging the top, water gets inside it and cannot come out. I find that GROSSLY DISGUSTING. Trapped moisture inside something you use to prepare your food. Yum. Now let’s talk about the motor body - the top of the unit is smoothly mirrored, and the speed settings are tiny black hashes that disappear. See the picture. And don’t even think of trying to adjust that speed if there’s even the slightest oil fat or hand cream on your hand - no way it’s gonna move. By that point, I was so disheartened with this tool I just packed it up (water still shaking around in the chopper body) and returned it to Best Buy. I’ve never been so disappointed in a tool before in my life. It makes me sad.

Awesome product
This little product is very powerful and SO easy to use, but also stores away in the provided storage container so nicely! I find myself using this product more than my food processor, just because it's easier to access/clean.

Great for quick and easy clean up
I love this kitchenaid blender and the storage box it comes in. I never have to look for the blades ever thing has its on spot easy to clean. Works for many dishes can even use it in the pot it has a protective head so you don’t damage your cook wear. Great product love this.
