Product Manuals
A: To my knowledge, and everything I've seen indicates that all surfaces use solid state hard drives. The rotational HDD's do not fit in this product.

Q: Does the screen rotate when you the rotate the tablet
A: Yes it does.
Q: Are you able to connect a second monitor to the Surface Pro 4 ?
A: Yes you can! It has a mini display port output so all you would need is a cable going from mini display port to whatever input you need. I use the one I added and it works just fine.
Q: Can I expand the memory on this device and also does it have a dvd Drive
A: If you mean the RAM as memory no it is not expandable you have to get the amount of system memory you feel like you need. If you mean storage, then yes it is by using an external hard drive, flash drive, cloud base storage or using a microSD card that can be inserted behind the kickstand. As for the DVD drive no it does not have one, but you can use an external one that connects via usb.
