A: Once you get past the slight learning curve, in my opinion, Google apps are much more user friendly. I had always used Microsoft office until I started working for our local school system who gave us Chromebooks. I was amazed how easy the transition was. I loved them so much that I downloaded the Google apps on my iPhone and use them instead of their default apps. Then I downloaded Chrome and the apps on my old laptop which ran on Microsoft. I love that I can pick up right where I left off at home with laptop when I leave work or at the ballpark watching my sons game on my iPhone. I literally just bought my first Chromebook, this model, today. I am so excited!! You can also download extensions through your Chome store that convert word to docs(googles equivalent), PowerPoint to slides, etc if that is a concern and the reason you want to stick with Microsoft

A: This computer will run Minecraft fantastically. I played much more graphically intensive games with no issue.
Q: How is the sound volume? I do not like earphones and need good volume.
A: I also wish the volume is better. In a closed space it can sound loud, with other sounds playing, you'll have difficulty hearing. The speakers is on the keyboard, right under the screen. It's a long bar, like a row of letters. I wish there were two on the sides.
