A: Yes the seat can be replaced with any universal bike seat. We replaced ours with a slightly wider and much softer seat.

Q: Nordictrack is advertising a newer 2022 model. Is that the same as this one ?
A: No. This is the closeout of 2021 but it is an excellent value and so far an excellent choice. Ours came with a coded-card that entitled us to a full year of iFit Not bad.
Q: How big is the box it comes in? Length, width, height?

A: There is a way to currently do this. The underlying system actually runs a version of Android and there are YouTube videos showing how to get to “Privelege Mode” which gets you out of the Ifit screen and gives you control to install apps. I can’t say whether this will always work if system updates get applied or if the app providers stop allowing the load of apps on this device but today the capability exists to install Netflix, Amazon Prime and other apps. I don’t know however if you can run both iFit and other apps simultaneously in one window watching the movie and at the same time tracking/watching your fitness haven’t tried that yet
Q: I thought the Ifit was free for 1 year. Why does the Best Buy web site say free for 30 days?
A: I thought the same thing, but when I bought the bike, the membership it brought was for a 1 year, so that's a relief. Bought the bike on Sept 10 2021.
Q: What is 50 preprogramed and 50 custom programs! Are they visual rides?

A: METZ If you don’t have an iFIT membership, you can access a limited number of the workouts available in the iFIT library on this machine by bypassing the login screen and entering without logging in. Then you can browse the library and see what is available although most workouts will be locked. The free selection available on the iFIT library will change periodically.
