I’m absolutely in love
I’m absolutely in love with the Panasonic LUMIX 100mm lens! It’s incredibly lightweight yet delivers outstanding image quality and data rendering. I mainly shoot food photography, and the results truly amaze me every time. I use it professionally for restaurant content in New York, and choosing this lens was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The images come out beautifully sharp and really highlight the fine details and textures of each dish — exactly what you want for high-end food content. I also occasionally photograph people, and I love that the longer focal length allows me to keep a comfortable distance. It’s perfect for reportage and candid shots without having to get too close or invade anyone’s personal space. Highly recommended — a fantastic lens for both product and portrait work!

Love this lens
Takes amazing photos. Ive used this lens on both the S5 and S5IIX and both take incredible macro shots but the improved AF in the S5IIX makes shooting that much easier and snappier. Cant go wrong using it on on either set up though

Excellent Macro and Portrait Lens
The LUMIX S 100mm f/2.8 Macro is an impressive addition to Panasonic’s full-frame lineup. The sharpness and detail are outstanding, even wide open at f/2.8. Autofocus is quick and accurate, and the compact, lightweight design makes it perfect for handheld shooting. I’ve used it for both macro and portrait work — the background separation is beautiful and the rendering feels very natural. If you enjoy product, nature, or close-up photography, this lens delivers professional results in a small package. Highly recommended for any L-mount user.
