A: Hi Jaz if you get the IPAD under AT&T you will be billed for the monthly payment to pay the device off if you decide to pay as an installment plan as well as $20 a month to have access to cellular data and WiFi. A: With an internet connection and an Apple ID, you can make and receive calls in the FaceTime app (first sign in with your Apple ID, or create an Apple ID, if you don’t have one).

The good part about it being cellular and wifi is that if you are not within a wifi range, it will still work anywhere you have cellular phone service..
