A: It says 2020 model, do I believe it’s new!

A: no, you have to buy an external USB disc reader

A: yes it will.

A: Mine arrived with Catalina, and i immediately upgraded to Big Sur with zero issues.
Q: Does any word processing software come with this computer?
A: Yes, the program "Pages" comes with it. It's also compatible with Microsoft Word.
Q: Does this have a 4k retina display?
A: No, it's not retina
A: This is a mistake on the website. The new iMacs come with only SSD. The older iMacs had either HDD or something called a Fusion Drive which was a combination of SSD and HDD but they switched to all solid state storage this year.
