Q: I purchased the Apple Watch Series 6 and got a code for 6 months of free fitness+. When I entered the code, I only got 3 months free. How can I fix this to get the full 6 months that is exclusive to BestBuy?

A: Unfortunately, the process to redeem the six months of Fitness+ is tricky. Best Buy offers three months, and Apple offers three months. It states in your email with the BB redemption code that you have to start Apple's free trial first that would appear at the top of the Fitness+ tab in the Fitness app. Now that you have redeemed the BB code first, Apple's trial is unavailable since you've already used the service. Apple's trial is only to those who have not used the service before. Sorry.

A: What you can also do is go into the Fitness app on your iPhone, go to the Fitness+ tab, tap on your profile picture, when tap on Redeem Gift Card or Code. You'll be able to redeem your BB code this way. If the Fitness+ tab doesn't exist in your Fitness app, you can go into the App Store, tap on your picture, then tap on Redeem Gift Card or Code and enter it there.

Q: I got a link for my free Apple Music, when I click to redeem it just takes me to the home page of the app. Nothing else, it was a lot more easier with the redeeming code in the email itself.

A: Go into your subscriptions on your Apple ID and cancel. Once you cancel you will lose access to the programs.
