A: Having no tech skills at all I found it really easy. Like you, had always had setup in Best Buy. Also have Sprint and there were wonderful instructions to activate and transfer data from old phone to new.
Q: I'm with T-mobile. Can I buy Sprint i phone?
A: I not 100 percent but I think you can because they merged.

Q: Does a T-mobile/Sprint sim card come with this?
A: I was already a Sprint customer when I purchased my phone at Best Buy. Since sprint & t-mobile merged the phone came with a SIM card which I preferred to be a t-mobile one. Eventually I was told at a sprint store that all sprint phones will get t-mobile SIM cards.
