A: If you can't return the cables, maybe you can use them later. However, you can also get the audioquest X2 speaker cables from Best Buy. That way you can customize the length.
Q: How can i use Audioquest speaker cables when my Carver receiver only accepts single (stranded wire)?
A: Use the AudioQuest bare cable and you should be able to get it into the bare wire connections. And, you will save a few $$ while you are at it.
