Customers admire the KEYone 4G LTE for its physical keyboard, which is seen as a major advantage. The long battery life is another highly praised feature. The camera quality is also well-received, with customers describing the photos as "awesome." Blackberry loyalists appreciate the brand's reliability and familiarity.
I've had this phone now for about a month, and, as with any phone, only time will tell how durable and fast it continues to be. But just based on the time that I've owned this device, I feel confident saying that this is one of the best phones that I've ever had the chance to own. Coming off the somewhat disappointing BlackBerry Priv device, this felt like the idea of having a physical keyboard blended with the Android OS was finally realized to its fullest potential. I get fantastic battery life (I don't have to charge it every day, even with moderate use), the keyboard is incredible, and the camera takes some solid photos. Best of all, you get a fast, responsive and sexy smartphone device for a great price. Don't spend thousands of dollars to get the new iPhone — you're gonna have to replace it again in two years or less (just like every phone you buy). I dared to be different by choosing this phone, and I'm so glad that I did.

I never do reviews, but I felt this might help others if they are looking for a great new smartphone at a respectable price. 6 months ago I decided to quit the apple iphone. Tired of the locked down system, poor battery performance, SMS texting issues and constant retyping of email and texts on the touch screen. Switched to the Blackberry Priv with Verizon last fall. Better battery performance, open Android OS, and faster typing on the keyboard. The phone met my expectations for the most part, however, I continue to desire faster processing and still greater battery performance. Ordered the new Blackberry Keyone (CDMA Verizon) unlocked version from BestBuy. Got it last night. I can say today, so far I am extremely pleased. Phone was working by just switching the sim cards. Blackberry content transfer moved my data efficiently. After a full work day of use, the battery performance is at 76% when my Priv would have been below 50%, and my iPhone would have been dead and recharging. I use some mobility apps for my work that drain the battery faster than most. The performance is what I expected. Ran tests on the same network against Samsung 8+ and the outcome was almost the same. Just slightly slower. Given the price difference of $250. I can live with a second or two difference. Office Apps seem to open the as fast on the Blackberry Keyone as they did on the Samsung S8+. All apps are working well with Android Nougat. The keyboard is great, the fingerprint sensor works well, decided to even try the Blackberry hub and so far I like it. At this point, I would recommend the upgrade. If you want a secure business phone with great battery and performance, that you can actually type on, you will appreciate the new Keyone. Another note to add is the fact the phone connected well with my GM car bluetooth as well as android auto. No issues. If something changes in the future I will update my review.

My device is outstanding. It feels good in my hands, the reception, battery life, camera, sound, and physical controls are outstanding. I am very comforted to have the BlackBerry DTEK software, because I am having to download an app for everything. I guess I did not appreciate how much BlackBerry OS 10 did well. Now I miss it.
