It heats up quickly and the cooling down time is much faster than electric. The heat distribution is very even as well.

Q: QuestionCan you use a griddle on this stove even though there is no bridge or sync feature? Can you just manually use the 2 left burners with a griddle? Thanks.

- A:Answer Hi Dale, thank you for your question regarding Model:NIT5668UC. Due to the fact that the elements are not connected it may not recognize the pan. Each element has a lower limit for pan detection. This depends on the diameter of the ferromagnetic area of the cookware and the material of which its base is made. For this reason, you should always use the element that best matches the diameter of the base of the pan.
