A: This is a monochromatic (i.e. black and white) printer. It uses a single print cartridge. There are two official Brother ink cartridges to chose from: the TN420 and the TN450. Both of these cartridges will work, but one will print an estimated 1,200 pages (the TN420) and the other will print 2,600 (the TN450).

So easy to operate
I can't say enough . Love the quality . Quiet . Copies , prints and fax , triple threat . I'm a general contractor so I do a lot of copies , faxes and scans . Great for the money . Would buy it all over again .also wifi so phone works too ! I print from my bed .

great fax for the price
makes nice copies,redial is quick,it is a great machine for the price.the one problem it jams with paper very easily.must keep the tray clear where the faxes come out or the paper will jamb up on you.very east to sey up.this is my second brother fax machine.would buy another

Excellent Fax Machine !
I have had this Brother fax machine for a month now and am extremely pleased with its performance ! I have used it a number of times in sending and receiving faxes and making copies and have no complaints whatsoever. Its speed with which it performs and the quality and clarity of the faxes and copies is exceptional. It was very easy to set up and program from easy to understand instructions, and its size is not cumbersome to be able to be used in a commercial or home office. Its well built and very user friendly for the different functions it performs. I highly recommend this product and feel one will not be disappointed in choosing this product for purchase. Best Buy was very helpful in my purchase of this product as they always have been in my other purchases I have made with them.
