4 stars because doesn't plug & play, need to install drivers using provided CD, otherwise great product...great price and small size is also a huge plus!

i dropped the old laptop and wireless won't work anymore. this was the cheapest available i could find. since it had a bad reviews on bestbuy.com i added protection plan. however, it's working fine, and manufacturer's warranty is 3yrs.

Best Buy's return policy stinks. I thought I'd have thirty days to return it, but that's only if your a member. That suxx.

Cheapest way to have wifi

There was issue with laptop's wifi adapter. So, I decided to buy external wifi adapter. It works great. No drivers are required. Just plug and play. Great little adapter.
I would recommend this to a friend
