Great sharpener for someone who is serious about k
Have owned sharpener for a very short time. Very easy to use. Sharpens knives very quickly. I may need to refine my skills on the sharpener better, but I am having difficulty with short (3 in) paring knives and serrated edge knives.

Excellent Knife Sharpener
Each knife takes about 2 minutes to sharpener, but the results are perfect. The knifes never cut better. This puts a 15% edge on the knifes which is better than the 20% that come on American and European Knifes.
