- A:Answer At the door opening, it measures 6.5 inches. Inside over the turntable, the top is recessed and the height is 7.5 inches.

- A:Answer Yes it will, but you have to tilt it slightly to get past the doorway. Once inside, it will lay flat on the turntable and spin as normal. You have to make sure it is equidistant from all sides of the microwave.

Q: QuestionWhy is there no Protection Plan available for purchase with this Cuisinart microwave? Is it that unreliable?

- A:Answer I already had the 24 mo. Best Buy protection plan. I don’t usually purchase protection plans on lower cost items as it is not cost effective.

Q: QuestionCuisinart gives the dimensions of the CMW-70 microwave as 17" x 13" x 10". You list it as 17.2835" x 14.5" x 10.1969". The difference on the depth is pretty large. Which one is correct?

Q: QuestionHow many amps does it use?

- A:Answer Described as a 700 Watt microwave, but on the back it says 1050 watts which is 8.75 amps. It is still underpowered. Takes longer to heat things than my old GE which is same size but rated as 900 watt.
