Q: Will this run fortnite and stream
A: It might be able to run Fortnite. I am not sure though as I have not tested it yet. I'm going to test that now. If I can edit this later, I will tell you if it does. I have not heard about Stream, unless you are talking about Steam, in that case, it can run many Steam games.
