A: This PC comes loaded with Windows 10 Professional.

Q: Is the battery removable? Or is it only able to be replaced by a certified technician?

A: I have only owned my laptop for a short time. When I bought it I was told that the battery is internal and can only be accessed & change by a certified technician.
